If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

Sales Tax for merchandise will only be charged for orders from Michigen, in accordance with Michigen State Laws.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for all purchases, unless otherwise specified no charges will be made to your card until your order is ready to ship.

DISHSTORE.NET may offer our customers credit vouchers, these vouchers are good for a store credit for any of our merchandise. Credit vouchers may not be exchanged for cash. Some promotional credit vouchers may have experation dates on them, and must be used on or before the experation date. No credit will be given for promotional credit vouchers. Purchased Credit Vouchers (i.e. Gift Ceretificates) hold no experation date. DISHSTORE.NET has the right to discontinue its Credit voucher program at anytime, all purchased credit vouchers will be eligible for a full refund if the program is discontinued.

All sales are subject to our return policy.

DISHSTORE.NET reserves the right to refuse any order or limit quantities purchase by any person address or household. You will be notified if we for any reason need to alter and change your order.

This agreement is entered into in accordance with and shall be governed by Michigan law provided that if any Michigan law shall dictate the laws of another jurisdiction be applied to any proceeding, such Michigan law shall be superseded by this paragraph and the remaining laws of Michigan shall neverless be applied in such proceeding.
